Cheney House Granola Recipe

Cheny House Granola

 

2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp sea salt

½ cup chopped nuts

(almonds, walnut, pecans, or brazil)

¼ cup coconut flakes

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup olive oil

½ cup maple syrup

 

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine oil and syrup.

Add oil/syrup mixture to dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.

Spread mixture on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes. Turn ingredients with a spatula. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until mixture is crisp.
