Welcome to The Cheney House Inn, a beautifully restored Victorian Bed & Breakfast located in the charming town of Ashland, New Hampshire. We strive to provide our guests with a memorable and comfortable experience during their stay with us. To ensure the smooth operation of our inn and the satisfaction of our guests, we have established the following policies:
Check-In Time:
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We understand that travel plans may vary, so if you require special arrangements for check-in outside of these hours, please contact The Cheney House Inn directly to make arrangements.
Reservations:
All reservations must be made with a valid credit card. Your credit card will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.
Room Rates:
All rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or services.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made with 14 or more days of advance notice prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten or shorten your stay early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
