Friendly, welcoming and comfortable - couldn't ask for a nice way to stay.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were very, very good - we were on a busy schedule and Charlotte was helpful and flexible making sure we were fed before dashing off for the day. Cheney House has nice common space so we were able to relax and chat with other guests a bit.

The owners were friendly, informative and attentive. The property is a magnificent old Victorian with gorgeous and elaborate original woodwork and details.

A very cute bed-and-breakfast. The new owner was fantastic! She was so accommodating, even though we had made a last minute reservation. The breakfast she made us in the morning was fantastic as well. And she told us about all of her plans in the future for this beautiful inn. We can’t wait to see all the changes she makes as we will definitely be coming back!

We would definitely recommend staying at Cheney House B&B. We enjoyed our stay! The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner Peter was very friendly and he made us a great breakfast.

I will certainly stay again if the need arises. Charolette was exceptionally friendly as was her husband. He greeted my daughter and I in the driveway when we arrived. The decor inside the home was true Victorian style from the wallpaper to the Tiffany lamps and all the natural oak throughout. Beautiful home.

The room was very nice. The people were very accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. The decor was beautifully done and very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this bed and breakfast. It was a pleasure.

5 Star I recommend to all. We were received like kings. Very nice hotel, warm, clean and very well maintained. Nice comfortable room. We had lunch seated at a beautiful table with excellent food. Tablecloth, golden plate, cut glass. The Total. An incredible experience, I will keep very good memories of it. We had a problem with the car, Charlotte and Peter were of great help to us. As friends would have done for us. I am very grateful to them. Thanks again. I love you and will visit you again if I return to NH. Promise! 😊
